1.- RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Highly equipped laboratory for formula development, physical chemical analysis, microbiology analysis, stabilities and component sampling.
2.- BULK MANUFACTURING
Flexible capacity in the processing of bulks for batches from 50 kilograms to 13 tons each. Cold & hot process: powder mixers, nail polish mixers, creams reactors, liquid and semi viscous reactors.
3.- FILLING AND CONDITIONING
Equipped with a 100 HPs steam generator for heating service in processes, currently at 40% capacity. 100TRs Water Cooling System (Chiller) for processes and conditioning. Liquids, Semi viscous, Viscous, Loose Powder, Compact Powder.
4.- LABELING, BAR CODE, LOT ID
We are able to label and tag all the products with the necessary information which makes possible to identify the products and deliver them completely finished.
5.- BLISTER PACK, SHRINK-PACK
Shrink-wrap packaging, POP Merchandize Assembly, Blister packs, doypack & stand-up pouches and sachets
Our export programs and agreements allow us to have better costs than China offering products manufactured in Mexico under the highest quality standards. Thanks to Mexico’s IMMEX (manufacturing program) and the United States, Mexico and Canada Agreement (USMCA) you can see significant tax savings producing your private label brands with us.

Republic Cosmetics Group operates with 3 factories and 4 distribution centers, as follows:
Factories: 3 in Mexico. Distribution centers: 1 in Laredo, Texas and 1 in Dallas, Texas, USA; 1 in Ontario, Canada and 2 in Mexican territory.
We currently have a commercial alliance with the main global suppliers of ingredients. We manufacture molds for our containers. In terms of installed capacities, there are more than 35 production lines; 17,000 pallet positions and a little more than 1,000 collaborators among the group’s companies.
